The 90’s Style You Need in Your Fall Wardrobe

The straight-leg faux leather pant has created a cult trend this season. I must admit I never thought I’d see myself in another pair of straight-leg or flare style pair of pants ever again, but these fit all too perfectly. I remember initially seeing these pants in Aritzia last year but the trend has really exploded this year with retailers from Zara to Abercrombie offering their own iteration of the 90’s style pants. This piece is versatile and will serve you exactly what you need whether its a night out in Manhattan or an ultra chic office look.

Here I styled mine with a black bodysuit, clear heels & a Kurt Geiger London purse. Less is more and just as effective sometimes!

I purchased my faux leather pants from the Australian brand, Tiger Mist. Search MAXINE PANT. As I was preparing my fall wardrobe (which i’ll make sure to dedicate a separate post for), I actually made sure to have these ready-to-wear in my closet. I knew this was a match made in heaven when I slipped the pants on ever so effortlessly and it hugged me in all the right places. If you’re looking to add any new pieces this season, these pants are an absolute MUST. The material on these particular pair are so soft that it really feels like you’re wearing genuine leather at a reasonable cost. I love the little suede patch above the right side pocket, it gives it that much more of a luxe feel. With a pair of heels, the raw hem falls perfectly over my ankle. I’m 5’6 for reference just in case you want to get your hands on these!

You’re wearing the pants. The pants are not wearing you!
